will become the property of the Army Heritage Center Foundation

Infringement and Regulatory
Complaints
We will cooperate with any law enforcement authorities and
comply with any judicial order requesting or directing us
to disclose the identity of anyone uploading, downloading,
or posting materials, or otherwise using this Site in violation
of any applicable federal, state, or local laws.

believe that your work has been copied in any way without

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation
of Liability

The Legacy Project expressly disclaims all warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied, including, without
limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Although we intend that
the content of this Site be accurate, complete, and current,
we make no warranty that use of this Site or any Content
herein (including any software) will be uninterrupted, timely,
accurate, secure or error free; that any errors on this
Site will be corrected; or that the servers on which the
Site and content are available are free of viruses or other
harmful components. Under no circumstances shall The Legacy
Project be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential,
special or exemplary damages (even if it has been advised
of the possibility of such damages), including, without
limitation any lost profits, revenue, or business interruption,
or loss of computer programs or information arising from
the use of or inability to use this Site.
Indemnification
Subject to the terms hereof, you agree to defend, indemnify
and hold The Legacy Project, its parents, subsidiaries and
affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors,
shareholders, agents and representatives harmless from and
against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses,
damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation,
reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of
your warranties, representations and agreements under these
Terms and Conditions.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
federal, state, and local courts located within the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, CUmberland. All of these Terms and Conditions
shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto and their respective successors and assigns. In the
event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall
be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or
be so held by applicable court decision, such unenforceability
or invalidity shall not render these terms and conditions
unenforceable or invalid as a whole. These Terms and Conditions
constitute the entire agreement between the parties, and
supercede any other agreement, promise, or practice between
the parties relating to the subject matter hereto. We reserve
the right to terminate or change any provision of these
Terms and Conditions at any time, which shall become effective
upon the posting of such changes on the Site.
