Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank or card issuer limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty (50) dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. A personal check will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page, complete the necessary fields, then mail the form with your check made payable to AHCF to the address below.

Return/Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within three (3) days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

You may return any item purchased on our website either by mail or in person at our physical address. Be sure to include your packing slip with any return. A refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item(s) including any applicable taxes in the same form as original payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping charges may apply. Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated on a real-time basis using the UPS web site, using actual weight of items, shipping distance from Carlisle, PA, and the published UPS rates.

Our goal is to process all orders within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be contacted within two (2) business days. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day except Mondays.
