This workshops for teachers will focus on the role of American Soldiers as important witnesses to the Holocaust. Teachers will explore various resources and discuss approaches to teaching the Holocaust and helping students learn about difficult topics. Teachers can chose between attending in person or via Zoom. Pennsylvania certified teachers can earn Act 48 credit, all other teachers can receive a professional development letter.
The workshop will be held at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center, 950 Soldiers Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013.
